CPLi is an organisation founded by Terence Burke devoted exclusively to assisting public and private sector organisations get things done, i.e. performance, through contractual relationships with other organisations.
This involves creating contractual relationships, and more importantly, effectively managing contractual relationships after the contract is signed to achieve organisational goals.
We have been operating since 1987.

Contract Governance
Contract governance is a sub-set of the overall discipline of management, although to date it has not received the recognition it deserves in management schools or in management literature.
Just as the goal of management is organisational performance so too the goal of contract governance is two contract performances, both feeding into the organisational performance of each party to the contractual relationship.
