We have been operating since 1987. We work with public and private sector organisations to help document and establish contract relationships and then make those relationships work.  We do this through implementation of a governance model which integrates legal, negotiation and relationship management services.

This Model has been developed by Terence Burke, Principal of CPLi and specialist contracts lawyer, now contract governance consultant.

This Model is unique in its interdisciplinary focus and we believe the first to treat contract governance as part of the overall professional discipline of management.  It integrates contract governance in the field of organisational management.
