CPLi is a specialist provider of contract management and contract governance services. These services include consulting, education and training. 

We have been operating since 1987.  We work with public and private sector organisations to help document and establish contract relationships and then make those relationships work.  We do this through implementation of a contract management and governance model which integrates legal, negotiation and relationship management services.

This Model has been developed by Terence Burke, Principal of CPLi and specialist contracts lawyer, now contract management and governance consultant.
