This course develops a strategic approach to negotiation in the contracting process.  It is focussed on developing negotiating skills specifically in the context of the creation and management of contractual relationships. 

Managing the creation and maintenance of contractual relationships is now regarded internationally as an important branch of the discipline of organisational management.  Negotiation is one of the essential skills required to successfully manage contractual relationships.
