Public Programs
We conduct small group programs, usually 1, 2, or 3 days' duration. Presentations combine lecture, workshop, case study analysis and discussion format. Emphasis is on management NOT administration. Active participation of attendees is encouraged.

In House Programs
All CPLI programs are available for presentation in house. Programs are designed to suit particular needs of individual organisations.
